RidePASS Firmware Upgrade

Step 0: Windows Users Only

Step 1: Connect Your AudyseCORE
  • Use the provided USB-C cable to connect your AudyseCORE to your PC.
  • Compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Step 2: Initiate Connection

  • Press the Connect button on the firmware upgrade page.
  • A popup should appear.
  • If no popup appears, disable any adblockers or popup blockers in your browser.
Step 3: Select Your Device

  • Click on AudyseCORE Headset from the device list.
  • Select Connect to proceed.
Step 4: Register Your Device (First-Time Users Only)

  • If this is your first time updating firmware, a registration prompt will appear.
  • Enter your Name and Email, then proceed.
Step 5: Select Firmware Update Options

  • A window will display your current firmware version.
  • If switching between foam ear covers and speaker pads, select the appropriate option before proceeding.
Step 6: Start Firmware Upgrade

  • Press the Finish Update button.
  • A new popup will appear.

  • Select STM32 Bootloader from the popup.
  • Press Connect to start the update.
Step 7: Wait for Installation & Reboot

  • The firmware update will begin automatically.
  • Wait until the process completes.

  • Your AudyseCORE will automatically reset once the upgrade is finished.

Troubleshooting

If your AudyseCORE fails to update and/or you have issues connecting to the STM32 Bootloader, please press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Your AudyseCORE will reset, and you should receive a notification on your PC.

If you receive an issue at Step 6, opening the RidePASS site in Incognito mode can fix issues caused by Chrome caching.
